Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 35bg is ৳500 (applicable to all payment methods). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless a different arrangement has been made.

Verification Process

Identity verification may be required for large withdrawals to ensure security. A copy of a National ID (NID) or passport may need to be provided if requested by 35bg. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. Specific conditions must be met for the bonus to become active.

Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means a total wager equal to (bonus amount + deposit amount) × 10 must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.

Bonus Usage Restrictions

  • Games played using bonus funds contribute toward the wagering requirement, though the contribution rate may vary by game.
  • Once a bonus has been accepted, it cannot be combined with another bonus unless explicitly stated.
  • If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, any unused bonus will be cancelled.

The 35bg VIP program has three tiers. Through regular play you can move up to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week plus additional benefits.
  • Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week plus premium benefits.

VIP cashback is credited automatically to eligible accounts each week. 35bg reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

Gaming Policy and Fair Play Rules
